This holiday season, I had to find some new cookie recipes. I grew up making cookies with my mom and I want to continue that tradition, but Vegan style! My favorite recipe blog, FatFree Vegan Kitchen, had just what I needed.
Lower-Fat Peanut Butter Banana Cookies, from now on, will be a staple Christmas cookie in our house.
My kids are both peanut butter & banana lovers, so it's just natural that they loved them together. I too enjoyed them. They are so soft & chewy and the flavors are very well balanced. It's like eating a peanut butter cookie with a bonus yumminess!
If you've tried them or have any other vegan cookie recipes you'd like to share, please leave a review!

Bread, now with flavor!
Believe it or not, many breads are not vegan! I was shocked to find out that all the 100% Whole Wheat loafs either contained eggs or dairy products. Well, lucky for me I read about an amazing bread.
The brand Food for Life has created a line of delicious vegan breads, Ezekiel 4:9® Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Products.
So far I have tried Organic Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Flourless Bread.
I thought typical whole wheat bread had flavor, but Ezekiel 4:9® makes that taste like sponge! The seeds & grains are so great and it is SO good for me too!
If you've tried any Food for Life products, please share! Any suggestions or reviews are very appreciated.
